Each year we offer young people looking to get into the live music festival worlds  an opportunity to get involved with all aspects  of the festival from gate management to stage and artist liaison, supporting social media and marketing. in June we has the most amazing and rewarding day with  at a disused shop in Orpington for music takeover with a day of workshops and presentations by professionals within the industry, the students co hosted  the day and live performances in the evening were great students then selected one of their own 18 year old Cassie who will now take to the main festival stage.
